On 2-3 September, the “Corsa degli Scalzi di Cabras” has been repeated for over 500 years by the inhabitants and all the tourists and devotees who come to this unique and unforgettable event.
In the early morning of Saturday, September 3rd the faithful, they will bring barefoot the statue of San Salvatore from the Church of Santa Maria Assunta in Cabras to the nearby village of San Salvatore where the festivities begin.
