Modolo, just 50 km from Oristano, is located to the north of the province of Oristano, in a very charming area where the hill and the mountain meet the sea.
Comprising 170 inhabitants, the municipality of Modolo in May and November celebrates Sant’Andrea Apostolo.
Near the village, the “domus de janas”, an ancient and evocative Roman villa and nuraghi, have been restored, a symbol that the territory was occupied from the earliest times.
